We endeavour to ship your order within 3 business days via regular Australia Post. You can follow your order through the provided tracking number once it is shipped for updates.

Why are the Lamali products so expensive?
Lamali journals are luxury handmade journals with cotton rag paper from Nepal and India. I do my best to price them fairly based on the cost to import the journals to Australia, an also in accordance with how other stockists price the journals worldwide. If you are not located in Australia, you might be able to find an alternative stockist in your country that could be of better value to you.
Can you order me a specific Lamali product that you don’t currently stock?
We have quite a wide variety of Lamali products but are more than happy to hear which products you would love to see us stock in the future. Please contact me to let me know the items you are looking for specifically and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is Lamali fair trade?
Yes. Lamali’s Nepalese partners are one of the very few companies in Nepal that have been able to obtain the Fair Trade Certification. Hence, they are members of the Fair Trade Group Nepal, whose main goal is to promote fair trade practices in Nepal.

Do you charge tax?
As required by law in Australia, I must charge GST on every sale. If you live overseas you may be asked to pay sales tax by your country's customs officials when your order arrives.
Will I get charged extra fees when my order is delivered?
If you live overseas, possibly! Each country has its own rules for import taxes, customs, and duties. To avoid unforeseen fees, check your country's policies on importing goods from abroad. Your mail service's website often has information on this. Please note that I have no control over these fees—they are set by your country's customs office.
